Join the meditation sessions at MOB PAU hosted by Andrew McLeod, a member of our community who is open to sharing his knowledge acquired through his participation on retreats in Thailand and UK. During these sessions he will teach a combination of two popular forms of buddhist meditation focusing on technique (non religious). Here you will learn how to meditate properly and incorporate it into your daily life so you can start to feel it’s benefits.
So come and take 30 minutes to relax, concentrate and relieve stress! The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators: you don’t need to be a buddhist to attend!
