How are our habits generating a negative impact on our environment and how can we improve? Everything we consume has an impact that can be beneficial or harmful…
What if we stop right now, and analyze each and every action we make? We will realize that the vast majority of these actions generate effects, small or large, that affect our environment as well as ourselves. Brushing our teeth, showering, eating, making a call, scrubing the floor – among thousands of other acts, all of them so typical, normal, obvious – are generating serious problems. In this talk we will discuss our food, the waste that we generate, all these habitual, daily and necessary acts that have gone gradually improving aspects of our lives, but at the same time, deteriorating our environment and our health.
