Com2Be is a Spanish communication and public affairs agency based in Madrid and Barcelona, with its Barcelona office located at MOB Caterina.
Specializing in 360-degree communication, public affairs, and public relations, the agency designs strategic campaigns, organizes events, and enhances brand visibility. Combining creativity, storytelling, and strong institutional connections, Com2Be helps brands build lasting relationships with their audiences.

How was Com2Be founded? How has it evolved up to today?

Com2Be was born in 2016, specifically on January 7th. It was the result of two seasoned professionals joining forces within the optical sector. Elisenda, a marketing expert and professional optometrist, and Jennifer García, an expert in communication and public affairs.

Life led them to launch a project where they could combine their strengths to offer services that were high-quality, detail-oriented, and, above all, successful. What began as a small business evolved into a growing project that welcomed many more professionals and brands, becoming what we are today.

Com2Be communicates to exist, because we all have a story to tell. But what truly matters is knowing how to tell it.

What does a 360º agency offer that a specialized agency cannot?

It offers comprehensive strategies that can respond to all of a brand’s needs from a global perspective. Understanding every area, challenge, and requirement our clients face allows us to see the bigger picture.

For us, communication is everything. Whether it’s through social media, in front of the press, or even internally with the team… it’s not about formats or channels, it’s about objectives and challenges to solve.

Approaching it as a whole and being able to provide an end-to-end service is an added value that not everyone can offer.

What does your daily routine look like? How do you organize youselves?

Our day-to-day is intense. We kick off the week with a status meeting where we organize and prioritize the tasks ahead. On Fridays, we check in to review what’s been done and what’s still pending.

Our team is divided into different areas: design and creativity, social media, content, PR and media, events, and more. Like in any agency, things move fast, so we need everyone working in sync to move forward quickly, confidently, and efficiently.

That said, no matter which department you’re in, when a teammate needs help, the whole team is there to lend a hand!

What is your biggest achievement?

First, getting to where we are today and becoming what we are, having started from an idea of two people almost ten years ago. Second, all the social projects we have carried out, such as coining the term “visual poverty” for Visión y Vida, studying its prevalence, raising awareness, carrying out public affairs actions, and seeing how now the national government and some regional governments are taking measures on the issue.

Achieving the inclusion of visual health on the country’s media and political agenda is a success we will never forget. We now know that many children will no longer be at risk of academic failure simply because their families cannot afford glasses or contact lenses

And your biggest goal?

Keep growing and launching actions that matter and make a difference

Life motto

“Let what you do leave a mark”.
