Its name is Volumes. It is a coworking space located in the majestic Paris that has a particularity: a FOODLAB was developed.
Do you like cooking and also work remotely? Then, this is the ideal place for you. FOODLAB is a meeting place for gastronomy professionals, bloggers, amateurs, neighbours, curious and gourmands. One of the main objectives is to promote an alternative and sustainable way of consuming food, season, local, healthy, creative and greedy.
The group that animates the project, directed by Alexandre Schiratti, is responsible for organizing cultural and culinary activities. The idea is to create awareness about the issues that interest the community while developing at the same time the innovation and culinary creativity. The Foodlab grows building relationships with landscape painters, urban farmers, neighbourhood associations, chefs, artists, designers, architects. In turn, it offers its members catering services, cooking classes and organic training, culinary workshops, team building and tastings.
“Volumes was one of the very first to mix coworking spaces with different production spaces, as the makerspace and the foodlab – it´s much more a creative hub than a ‘shared office space’. I think that our community, creative and nice people from around the world, is what makes our coworking special”, states Wolf Kühr, General Manager de Volumes.
He also invites all #Mobbers to come to Paris, enjoy Volumes spaces and try the “French tapas”. So, if you are spending some time in “the city of light” and you want to have excellent meals while working, Volumes it´s the perfect working space for you!🙌 🤗
